Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Roof-Pro, a CRM application for roofing contractors operated by the owner's roofing business and reachable at roofpro.dev ("Roof-Pro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Roof-Pro you accept these Terms. If you are using Roof-Pro on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that business.
2. The service
Roof-Pro provides tools to manage contacts, jobs, a sales pipeline, scheduling, photos and documents, estimates and invoices, team permissions, automations, and reporting for roofing businesses. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Roof-Pro lawfully and not to: misuse or disrupt the service, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, upload unlawful or infringing content, or reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your data
The customer, contact, and job records you enter into Roof-Pro belong to you (or the business you represent). We store and process that data to provide the service and do not claim ownership of it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
5. Payment and billing
Where Roof-Pro charges for the service or processes payments, billing is handled through Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe; Roof-Pro does not store card numbers. Fees, if any, are described at the point of purchase.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
Roof-Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roof-Pro and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Roof-Pro after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
